About Cornucopia Established four years ago, Cornucopia's beautiful custom designed office is located in the Art Center Building, next to the new restaurant Azur and the Actors Theater. Cornucopia staff includes an escrow coordinator and home decorating specialist. Judy Ziegler Originally from the East coast, Judy has lived in Europe in the past, but always related to the Santa Cruz area. In 1980 Judy obtained her real estate license and was involved in forming an investment corporation in the Santa Cruz area for foreign investors. The corporation developed several projects including a 29 unit office complex in Soquel. In 1987 Judy went on to acquire her Broker' s license working for several large firms before choosing to open Cornucopia in a more personable climate. Judy has a GRI designation and is an active member of the Women's Council or Realtors of which she is a past president.
